At Black Crows, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skis are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
